If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason at all please do not hesitate to call our customer support line at

1-855-mukluks or email us at custservice@manitobah.ca. If we cannot solve the problem immediately you will be issued a return authorization form that will allow you to return the product to us free of charge*.

Orders must be returned in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Simply fill out the return authorization form and email it to us. We will send you instructions on how to return your item to us simply and at no cost to you.**

Returns and exchanges are accepted within thirty days of receipt of purchase on items that have not been worn, altered or modified in any way, and with all tags attached in the original packaging.

Once we receive the item, we will ship your requested exchange item to you without charging any additional shipping fees to areas that qualify for our no charge shipping service. Please allow 10 - 12 business days from the date we receive your return to complete your return or exchange.

*Free returns and exchanges are only available to customers who live in areas that qualify for our no charge shipping service.

**Free returns and exchanges are valid on items over $50.00 only.

For all credit card refunds, please note that all credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase.

Please allow 7 to 15 days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your Statement.

If the original payment was a check, money order, merchandise certificate or gift certificate, you will receive a refund check in the mail.

FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS OFFERED TO MOST CANADIAN AND US LOCATIONS.

Manitobah Mukluks provides no charge shipping to most areas of Canada and the US* on orders over $50.00. Orders received before 1:00 p.m. central time will be shipped that day. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. central time will be shipped the next business day.

*A small number of locations in Canada and the US do not qualify for our no charge shipping service. You will be notified upon order placement if you do not qualify.

We offer the following delivery options:

1. Our no charge standard shipping will arrive within three to five business days of completed order processing.
2. Express two business day delivery is available to most areas of Canada and the US for a $50.00 shipping fee.
3. Orders under $50.00 will be sent using our standard shipping service, you will be notified of the shipping fees at time of order.
